How It Works
How Certificate
Renting Works

1. You place a request for the specific certifications you need to have associated with your company.

2. Rent A Cert goes through its database of hundreds of certified professionals to find people with the credentials you desire.

3. Your company is matched with the certified professional and you are billed a flat, low monthly fee.

4. If at any time the certified professional leaves your company, we will work to find you an immediate replacement, long before your partner status is reviewed.

The rental certification program returned February 1st, 2010!

Certificate Renting
Renting certification status is the easy, inexpensive way to fulfill your partner status requirements and impress customers
If your goal is simply to have as many certified staff on your team as quickly, easily, and inexpensively as possible, renting certified IT professionals is the way to do it. Our database has thousands of individuals with verified credentials and MCP IDs, Cisco IDs, or CCIE numbers that can be a part of your company for a low monthly fee. Best of all, each individual you rent with Rent A Cert includes 4 hours of monthly support from your certified individual at no extra cost!

Having certified individuals associated with your company gets you prestige, gives you quick access to qualified staff on an as-needed basis, and in some cases can count towards your company's partner status with vendors. (Please review your partnership agreement to ensure that your use of this program is in compliance with its requirements. Naturally, we do not have a copy of your specific agreement, and use of this site in violation of your agreements with Microsoft and/or Cisco is prohibited.)

Full-Time W-2 & 1099 Placement
Increase your permenant or long-term staff with pre-screened,
certified professionals

If you're looking to add truly talented IT staff -- developers, systems administrators, network engineers, database administrators, VOIP specialists, storage specialists, and security specialists -- you may have tried Monster, Craigslist, or other recruiting firms, only to find that you were innundated with candidates that didn't meet your requirements, or worse, ended up hiring one. Rent A Cert conducts a technical interview with all of our W-2 and 1099 job candidates and offers you only candidates with the skills to be effective in the position you've described for us. Unlike other firms, 100% of Rent A Cert's recruiting staff is Microsoft and/or Cisco certified! This means that if you're requesting a network engineer, your candidates will be screened by an actual network engineer. Sounds logical -- but we know of no other firm that offers this guarantee. ...and of course, we only offer certified professionals, with all credentials non-expired and verified. Note - This service is only available in the following 5 markets: New York City, Bay Area, Los Angeles, Boston, Miami. If you'd like to be notified when we expand to your area, let us know on the contact us page.
